The Yarings Building

Located in the heart of downtown Austin, 506 Congress is a historic commercial property, originally built in the 1930s and later refurbished to offer a creative office and activation space.Through the Downtown Austin Alliance’s Space Activation (DASA) program, the building is being used as a hallmark for pop-ups, events, and creative activations to bring new life to formerly vacant storefronts.
