Developed through a public-private partnership between the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation (BCIC), the City of Brownsville, and the U.S. Economic Development Administration, the eBridge Center represents a major milestone in the city’s economic transformation. The facility combines modern architecture with adaptive reuse of a historic downtown structure—creating a space that embodies both progress and preservation.

Spanning more than 80,000 square feet, the center includes coworking areas, private offices, conference rooms, classrooms, and event spaces equipped with advanced technology. The eBridge Entrepreneur Incubator provides mentorship, access to capital, and business training programs tailored to emerging ventures. Through partnerships with organizations such as UTRGV, SBA, and SCORE, eBridge also offers technical assistance, accelerator programs, and bilingual workshops to support the success of Hispanic entrepreneurs and innovators.
