DESCRIPTION:UT Permian Basin presents a free Día de los Muertos community program featuring mariachi\, ballet folklórico\, live music\, raffles\, food trucks and a community altar. Free lobby exhibitions are available from noon to 4 p.m.; the closing show begins at 4 p.m. The official source does not publish an ending time. \nThe program celebrates Mexican traditions through music\, dance and remembrance.
