The Latino Cultural Center (LCC), operated by the City of Dallas Office of Arts & Culture, is a dynamic arts and cultural institution dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and development of Latino and Hispanic arts and culture. Since opening its doors in 2003, the Center has served as a creative hub for artists, performers, educators, and community organizations throughout North Texas.
The LCC produces and hosts a wide range of events—from film screenings, exhibitions, and theater performances to festivals like the annual Día de los Muertos celebration—that engage and inspire audiences of all ages.
