His lifelong dedication to justice earned him national recognition\, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom\, and made him a trusted advisor to U.S. presidents and a symbol of empowerment for Mexican Americans. \nThis in-person event is a wonderful opportunity to honor his legacy and learn more about his impact on our community. The highlight of the evening will be when Consul General of México Humberto Hernández Haddad reenacts the cry for independence. \nEntertainment will feature the Roy Lozano Ballet Folklórico\, Mariachi Capital\, and other bands.
