You certify that all event details you submit (title, description, date, time, venue, contact information, etc.) are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree to promptly notify us of any changes or cancellations.

2. Ownership & Permissions

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content (including images, logos, or promotional materials).

You grant Eventos Latinos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and promote the submitted content on our website, email newsletters, and social media platforms.

3. Event Type & Content Standards

Events must be cultural, professional, community, or educational in nature and of relevance to the Latino community.

Submissions must not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Eventos Latinos reserves the right to decline or remove any event at our discretion.

4. Responsibility & Liability

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for the event itself.

Eventos Latinos is not responsible for event cancellations, inaccuracies, ticket sales, or attendee experiences.

Submission does not guarantee publication.

5. Promotion & Editing Rights

Eventos Latinos may edit event titles or descriptions for clarity, style, or length.

We may feature events in newsletters, advertisements, or promotional materials without additional approval or compensation.

6. Compliance with Laws

All submitted events must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including licensing, permits, and health/safety regulations.

7. No Commercial Spam

Event submissions intended solely for advertising a product or service without a legitimate event component may be rejected.

Repeated spam submissions may result in a ban from future submissions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventos Latinos, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your event submission or event activities.

9. Modifications
