UT Permian Basin presents a free Día de los Muertos community program featuring mariachi, ballet folklórico, live music, raffles, food trucks and a community altar. Free lobby exhibitions are available from noon to 4 p.m.; the closing show begins at 4 p.m. The official source does not publish an ending time.

The program celebrates Mexican traditions through music, dance and remembrance. Admission is free. The event is in person at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center in Midland.
