The Latino Health Summit & Cultural Festival 2025 is a two-day conference and community celebration dedicated to advancing health equity, education, and cultural pride across South Texas. Presented by Latinx Voces, this multidisciplinary event unites public health experts, community leaders, educators, and families in the Brownsville Downtown District for an inspiring blend of professional sessions, wellness activities, and cultural performances.

The 2025 theme, “Healthy Communities, Vibrant Futures,” emphasizes holistic well-being and access to care for Latino and underserved populations throughout the Rio Grande Valley. The summit’s daytime programming features keynote speakers, panel discussions, and workshops focusing on health access, nutrition, mental wellness, preventive care, and the social determinants of health.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with healthcare professionals, policymakers, and nonprofit leaders who are transforming the landscape of Latino health through education, advocacy, and innovation. Concurrently, the Cultural Festival component celebrates the diversity and resilience of the community with art exhibits, live music, traditional dance, and a local wellness market highlighting healthy food vendors and regional artisans.
