Enlace Latino 2025 is a free event created to empower, inspire, and motivate the Latino community in Dallas by providing practical tools for professional, entrepreneurial, and personal growth.
Hosted at the Consulate General of Mexico in Dallas, this unique gathering brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals for an evening of learning, culture, and meaningful connections.
The program features motivational talks, personal branding sessions, and vibrant folkloric dance performances that highlight the richness and diversity of Latin American culture.

Juan Bustos “El 100 Pies”
A Colombian influencer and entrepreneur celebrated for his resilience and ability to inspire others. Born without lower limbs, Juan has turned adversity into strength, proving that limitations exist only in the mind. His humor and optimism have earned him a devoted following across social media, where he promotes perseverance and positivity.
Carolina Pereira
A Venezuelan journalist, speaker, and communication mentor dedicated to empowering the Hispanic community in the U.S. After a successful career with Globovisión, Carolina moved to the United States in 2015 and founded Communication with Purpose, where she leads workshops and conferences on leadership, communication, and professional presence.
Rubén Ovando
A personal branding and corporate image consultant, graduate of the College of Public Image in Mexico City, and former consul for media and image at the Consulate of Mexico in Dallas (2010–2022). Rubén has worked with organizations such as Univision, Telemundo, the Texas Rangers, Red Bull FL, and others to elevate Hispanic visibility and strengthen cross-border partnerships.
Claudia Akel
Image and communication consultant, healthy habits coach, and motivational speaker. With a degree in accounting and a master’s in business administration with a specialization in marketing, Claudia combines her expertise in image, communication, and finance to help individuals and organizations achieve personal and professional excellence.
