The Brownsville Latin Music Festival 2025 celebrates the vibrant rhythms, colors, and cultural heritage of Latin America through a full day of live music, dance, food, and art in the heart of South Texas. Hosted by the Brownsville Society for the Performing Arts (BSPA), this signature annual event brings together local and international artists, creating an unforgettable cultural experience that highlights Brownsville’s role as a crossroads of music and tradition along the U.S.–Mexico border.

Now in its 28th year, the festival transforms Dean Porter Park into a dynamic outdoor venue filled with the sounds of salsa, cumbia, mariachi, reggaetón, bachata, and Latin jazz. The 2025 lineup will feature acclaimed performers from across Texas, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean—alongside emerging regional talent from the Rio Grande Valley’s thriving music scene.

Attendees can explore multiple stages of live performances throughout the day, as well as interactive dance workshops, artisan markets, and food vendors offering authentic Latin American cuisine. Families are invited to enjoy cultural exhibits, children’s activities, and art installations celebrating the diversity and unity of Latin culture.

Festival highlights include:

Main Stage concerts with national and international headliners

Folklórico and salsa dance performances
