To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month this year, The Carlson Law Firm’s interstate GastroTour will celebrate in San Marcos with local Hispanic business San Marcos Gorditas on Oct. 17 from 12 to 1 p.m. in The Carlson Law Firm’s parking lot.

The surprise food truck route highlights different Hispanic food trucks in Texas during Hispanic Heritage Month. Each week, The Carlson Law Firm hires a different local food truck to serve free food, supporting the local business and economy while highlighting the Hispanic business. In addition, the firm will be giving away commemorative gifts from The Carlson Law Firm to anyone who passes by during the designated time.
